HERMES Gest Global needed to improve communication between management and residents, as the previous website didn't offer areas for documents, scheduling services or accessible information. This caused delays in management and made it difficult to contact the condominium owners. We developed a modern, functional and responsive website with exclusive areas for residents, document upload, online scheduling and event notifications, making day-to-day management easier. In addition, the intuitive design, accessible on any device, allowed residents to interact easily. The result was a more efficient, transparent and organized condominium management system, with greater resident engagement and appreciation for the role of the property manager.
